Fedinsfw.app is the big nsfw server. I don't think .ml is federated with them (off the top of my head, did not double check), so you'd need an account on another server to see any content from there.

Edit: nvm, I'm wrong as per below. Your instance should be federated, so definitely double check that the nsfw filter is off.
