(At least until recently). It was replacing my 10 year old card. When I built my new PC, it was replacing a pc I begrudgingly installed win7 on. I have emulators from up to PS2. Not sure the pc is all that much more expensive. Also, just with Steam sales, the amount of money you save is pretty impressive. Lastly, when that pc dies, my next pc will still be able to play all the games from the previous pc. Not quite the case with consoles. All around, pc is a clear winner. Did I mention I installed Bazzite? It rocks.
