Even if this is correct as far as I can tell, it still is a political ad and should be marked as such.

    Is marking something as a political advertisement a requirement and what’s the best way to do that? And just for the original post? Still learning the conventions.

    I don't think it's a requirement per se, but generally when an ad is shared it should be clear that it is an ad IMO. Especially in this case, it looks like it's not an ad but an explanation video.

    Not everyone will. For those who don't, it's only revealed towards the end of the video. In fact, earlier in the video a statement is made that almost makes it sounds like she's a journalist:

    And here's the thing: we only found about it because of freedom of information requests that we had filed - that journalists had filed
