The funny thing is that this wouldn't be a free speech issue in the US either. The WestJet union isn't the government.

...and even if it were the USA government, they don't need to provide you with the PA for you to have your rights.

That doesn't seem to matter to the right wing snowflakes.

Any time someone tells then to STFU, they always try to claim their freedom of speech is being violated.

They either don't know or don't care what that term actually means.
