Mbin has <1k users combined across 10 instances that allow sign-ups (and adding Kbin to it helps not at all with only one instance remaining, in Poland)

FediDB has them at 21 servers with 1.2K MAU.

    tardigram.com does not show up in my link, but does in yours. Perhaps Fediverse Explorer is only showing sites that have an English option, whereas FediDB includes other languages by default?
