The current president, who just barely won 2024, is still butt hurt he lost 2020. He wants to instill a sense unease and air of doubt of the accuracy of american elections in order to better rig them his party's way in the future via different multiple methods of control.

On one had, I agree with Tariq here. The victim should be the one making the decision if it's okay to post/report on it.

But that's not why NYT asked the Israeli military if it was real. We all know Israeli military soldiers are doing some heinous shit to people but they generally deny or downplay it. To reach out to them and get actual official confirmation of the atrocities they're committing is pretty damning to their cause and should create a stir and enlighten those happily drinking their Kool Aid.

I've always thought similarly, but you also have to remember that if they can use that $1M of vehicles to get more than $1M in donations, it's a net win. get $2M and you broke even, any more than that and you're getting more than you would have had if you just plunked down the $1M on research or whatever instead of investing it.

Doesn't mean they should be squandering it on BMWs though.

As someone who did this back in the day, there's nothing that prevents multiple slots in the palette from having the same values.

Example: Just because the colors LOOK the same, doesn't mean they're not rotating palette slots 200-255 while keeping 0-199 the same static values where 154-199 are at times the same values as the rotating set.
