Better rage bait answer: portals can't move relative to each other. If they do, the one that is moving 'pops' and disappears from the surface. So this scenario is impossible inside the parameters of the game, so it's not worth thinking about.

(The devs realized a lot of stuff could get horribly broken if portals could move, so they can't move)

When doing AI training at work, they suggested using generated material to balance out the bias in human works. Sounded reasonable until I remember AIs trained in generated data go... fucky. So, instead of fixing the bias, I fear this would just make them... weird. Like, they'd still be racist, but in non-standard ways.

The first hollow knight game features a male protagonist who is honestly a little bumbly looking. There's a secondary protagonist who is a girl and looks like she absolutely has all of her shit together, if a bit conceited. She looks like the protag, but after the Hero's journey is done

The second game, you play as her and she absolutely fucks.

That's what I was seeing as a trans allegory in these games

The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee quietly changed its eligibility rules on Monday to bar transgender women from competing in Olympic women’s sports, and now will comply with President Trump’s executive order on the issue, according to a post on the organization’s website.

I don't care if it's in a shitposting community, a meme community, or a news community. If the image or text is generated it should be labeled as such, and failing to label it should be grounds to remove the post. AI slop is a plague and its only going to get worse as the tech matures (if it hasn't already peaked).

I'm so tired of having to call it out every time I see it, especially when people in the comments think it's a photoshop work or (heavens help us) real. Human labor has real tangible value that plagiarism machines can't even pretend to imitate and I'm sick of seeing that shit without it being labeled (so I can filter it out).
