I think you want something like this:

If you are getting an angle bracket, it's probably because you didn't add *.mkv at the end.

Does Linkwarden do password management? It appears to be a bookmark manager.

I had a similar error with a different application. Clicking "Get help with this" just opened the Documents folder in Explorer.
