If you're pushed in it'll be no different to being pushed into one of those kid's pools. Are all these people being pushed in and drowning less than 3 feet tall so they can't touch the bottom?

If someone said "watch out, there's a canal pusher about", I'd say "yeah, my brand new Levis would totally drown in that dirty, elongated kiddy pool. The canal pusher is a murderer alright, murdering perfectly good clothes."

The shortest person I know is about 4 feet 10 inches. So, even if she slipped in, the water would only come up to her neck.

It's almost like drowning in a kiddie pool. Even if you can't swim, it doesn't make any sense to me.

Met him when I was 11 and he was 15. He was the tough kid at school but always nice to me and stood up for younger kids. This experience was so formative, I based a lot of my personality around him.

Tried messaging him again in December but he deleted his account before reading it. Later found out he got arrested for trying to rob his neighbour's house and people were calling him a "smackhead" / heroin addict.

I always knew he was kind of a rebel but I never thought he'd end up like that.

AI facial scan technology keeps saying she looks 15 but I've known her for a long time, when she was 21 she looked 12ish. When she was 18 she looked about 10. She says her hormones were checked when she was 24 and they were normal, she says she only looks young because she has big eyes and a small nose. Starting about 2 years ago her face started getting acne, and any treatments just made it worse. the only thing that helped was antibiotics. it isn't just one or two spots, she says she's getting up to a dozen new spots at once and parts of her face are constantly sore. Some of the spots are very tiny, like pore-sized, and get white heads. She never had acne when she was in school or college and she doesn't wear any makeup and hasn't tried anything new. Before her period she gets very irritated-hyper, one time she got so pissed off at a pretty mundane thing she threw a mug at the wall. Her bloods are normal too since she had those checked recently. She also told me once that her sweat is "very sticky" rather than watery.

Since 31 is still very young, is this normal for her age? I was told acne typically stops by 45. I mean for a cis woman (I'm trans so idk if this is just normal cis woman things)

I'm tired of seeing this double standard where if a man has a collarbone visible nobody bats an eye but god forbid a woman has some bone showing, she must automatically be starving herself or unhealthy. It's like no matter what a woman's body looks like, she just can't win. She has to be in this extremely narrow range or she's either anorexic or morbidly obese. I used to have Ariana's body type. I had prominent abs and had the most energy I had in my life back then. BMI is wildly inaccurate, too. You could have a BMI of 20 while having a body fat percentage in the obese range. Women aren't supposed to weigh as much as men at the same height, they have less muscle which is also the reason why Asian BMI over 23 is considered overweight or obese since they're supposed to be lighter

Two times I've been asked where I'm from by a stranger it's been from a roadman. One asked if I got spare change for the bus so me being the generous person I am, give him some. He said "aw thanks mate". I said no worries mate, then without missing a beat he said "where are you from, you from around here". I said um yeah just down the street. He nodded and then we had a friendly convo for maybe five minutes. It's also happened when I walk past one or some of them.

It's an 80s pop/dance/house song. There's this dancy, warm electric bass that's constantly in the background. The electric bass sounds like this (4:15 minute mark) the melody of it (the bass part) also sounded a little similar to what is in that video.

Then there's this very 80's instrument that plays in it between some lines, that's also very weird. It goes like "DU-NA-NU-NAAHH-NAAA" in quick succession. It's a sharp highish pitched synthetic/electronic sound. It sounded like something from this old game called Road Trip Adventure. It (referring to that one instrument/electronic sound) had a similar soundfont.

There's also a piano sound that's kind of low pitched. Sounded electronic/like a synth, but close to a real piano with the sound being held on to a little longer. I also remember the singer saying "yoouuuu" in a high pitched way.

The song is very energetic and sounds like something you'd hear at a party or disco. It also sounded a little romantic. I heard it in a shop earlier and now it's driving me mad lol. ChatGPT keeps saying it's a 90s Madonna song, but that's not it. It is a very euphoric and nostalgic sounding song even though I've never heard it before. It almost sounds like she's celebrating in the song.

The vibe/emotion/energy it gave is most similar to I Feel For You by Chaka Kahn, especially the later part. It was also fast-ish.

I was 11-12. I'm a she btw. I was having the worst day of my life in school and he protected me from bullies and scared them off. We became friends although we weren't in the same class since he was 15-16. After I returned to school I never saw him again and I never actually got his name. Because he was no longer there to protect me I started getting bullied again. YouTube recommended me a song last night, it's a 20 year old song and it was one he always listened to and sang. And I just got really teary eyed listening to it. Sometimes I miss him when I'm going through shit during the present day. Is this normal? Anyone else had similar experiences? I just hope wherever he is now he's okay
