I have been using StartMail for 1.5 years now, but will not be renewing. I like the general UI, however the email search is absolutely terrible. I am currently moving over to Runbox which seems to be pretty good so far.
Currently reading this myself. I was diagnosed last summer and I have found this book a great help so far.
I am in exactly the same position as you. Let me know how you get on with the transition - it might save me some teething problems later!
