Got fed u with the fucking stick drift and Sony's bullshit. Plugged my Rog ally that was taking dust to the TV, put bazzite on it. Now I can play what I want with a 20$ controller.

I feel they're mostly better than the books ๐Ÿ˜

Like in the book, Dobby's funeral are a shame. The less sentimental shit I saw in those books. She really sucks at having any other emotion than hate.

I won't even talk about the last one ๐Ÿ˜‚ The first 2-3 were nice for kids.

Bernard de Mandeville, 1670 - 1733. First "neo liberal" author and the man that coined the ethicless economy. I was off by 100 years tho ๐Ÿ˜

Not to say everything was perfect and nice before, but he's one of the father of modern capitalism and the first to theorise businesses didn't have to be ethic.

For him, the virtue of the society would be a guard against the sin of the economy. Like that, businesses could focus on making as much money as possible.

Of course, it was stupid. Greed and cupidity were not magically contained...

Of course not. He's a pos of a YouTubers, he's not a genocidal maniac.

Yet, he's a proud representation of the absolute mess we're in. Some genius 200 years ago had the great idea of saying it was ok to remove any ethic/humanity from the economy. And now, we're living in a dystopian hell where it's ok to profit from misery and where empathy is a sin.

He could organise squid games to sell cereal without blinking. Empty husks profiting.

Not the problem. Most of his videos are exploiting human misery to makes a few bucks.

The dude made people torture each other, jump in burning houses to make views. That's simply pure evil and not something I intend my child to think it's normal.

Any barely good society would simply shame him out of business .

The size of the pool is of no importance globally. You're still creating the same amount of heat

The only real difference is that the river heat can get higher because it's more localised and, therefore, can cause more trouble along the way.

But from the pov of the ocean ? Rounding error

I see your point. It's evident valve don't have the production power of a Sony (even if they got absolutely destroyed for months for each release) or Nintendo.

I don't know if it's really a "problem" per se. They're a lot smaller as a hardware builder so they can't have the same infrastructures,I don't think the demand would be strong enough. But that certainly makes them an easier target for scalpers
