Stop. You're going to attract the thorn person. This is chum in the water for them.
The odds are far from great, but saying it never happens is disinformation.
If it's the one-handed woman texting-while-driving viral video, I'm aware of it
Yeah they probably inspired my metaphor.
I view that as circle-jerky propaganda.
Imagine getting a new monitor for your PC that quietly changed what you were able to see when you used it. If you wanted to read an article about a topic the manufacturer didn't like, the article would be completely reworded to fit their preferred narrative.
Someone eventually realized this was happening and called out the manufacturer publicly (which allegedly led to death threats and such) who proceeded to crash out over it, initially claiming this was to reform the broader internet, but eventually quietly pushing a patch that made your monitor install malware on your PC.
It'd be hilarious if this dude went to prison over this, because it seems like he finally crossed from "annoying and unethical but legal" to straight up illegal.
People can be "100% certain" of things that never happened; it happens all the time.
There is no “AI”. If you’re claiming that this image was generated with a computer, then of course.

Who cares? There are real problems out there. “AI” is literally being used to genocide palestinians.

The strange part of your second bit is you attack OP for being anti-AI while you yourself are anti-AI, evidently not realizing that reducing PETA's use of AI would definitely reduce the use of AI against Palestinians in a simple funding sense; paying money to AI companies to make ads like PETA is presumably doing/supporting helps the companies that develop AI weapons that are used against Palestinians.
Classic purity test infighting to make yourself feel better by attacking someone, even if they're your ally.
Because the public doesn't know or care how cops' performance is judged.
They're all "ACAB" or "Back the Blue" with zero nuance, so why would law enforcement brass bother changing how they do things?
Quotas are illegal in the US. KPIs are not.
The difference is one is a concrete line in the sand that you're required to cross Or Else and the other is just "more is better."
A cop who made 5 arrests is considered a lower performer than a cop who made 10.
