I've been on Amlodipine for over a year and it was no help at all towards my adhd, it also made my feet swell up at higher doses.

Before taking meds, I'd drink it twice a day pushing the crash until after work. Now that I'm taking strattera, it's just too much and I can barely handle one cup without going mad with anxiety.

If bike infrastructure was available in my area, a cargo bike would be a no brainer for me, downgrade to a single car and save on gas and insurance.

The stations themselves look amazing, the platforms on the other hand are still beyond deplorable.

Good luck, I made it to 39 that way, 2 kids killed any energy I had for the coping mechanism I had developed. Started taking meds back in February and am not feeling it, I just want to function again.
