If you define "government" just as a way of organising society, then Anarchists want a decentralised, non-hierarchical "government".

If you define "government" as a hierarchical institution with centralised power, anarchists don't want that.

Hinduism IS caste/varna system. It's present right from rigveda. You might have encountered only the "mystic" and "spiritual", sanitised version of Hinduism in the west, but here it's still the biggest detrimental influence on people's lives in contemporary times.
