    Jesus, why did I click around in there? I want to pity them for being so pathetic, but they're being pathetic in the most aggravating way. This game is woke because it's got a black man and an Asian man in it. That game is woke because it refers to the faceless protagonist with they/them pronouns.

    What's sad is I'm sure there are some people engaging in that forum as a form of satire and Poe's law is in full effect so we will never know who is who.

    The biggest joke is that there are a bunch of games with left-wing messages that are not considered woke ar all:

    • Bioshock 2 (Randian Objectivism for the win?)
    • Deus Ex (Are corporations bad? Who knows‽)
    • Fursan al Aqsa Fighting against colonialism is anti-woke I guess?
    • Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad (Need I say more?)

    Unrelated but I was reading the user manual for a mini chainsaw that I got secondhand, and one of the selling points was "women friendly", which I found kinda funny

    The manual was pretty clearly translated to English, and had plenty of other stuff wrong with it too

    Worst part about looking for Pink, Purple or less-common-colored tools is that almost all will tout how light-weight/small they are, and the reviews will bear out that they may be slightly lighter or smaller than other tools, but also much, much weaker, because the pandering has taken precedence over the notion of a useful tool.

    the post? "No Man's Sky" means no man owns the sky but that still leaves enbies and women to take over the skies >:3 so thats why I call it Woman's Sky cuz funi :3 and then I noticed thats actually just one letter away from the actual name so I did that and thought people here would find it funny and cute so here we r :3

    But I'm actually ok with feeling old, it's more that I couldn't believe I was the only person making the Priscilla connection, on 196 of all places, and I realised it's probably now (very sadly!) outside of many internet-goers frame of reference lol

    the massive worms that jump out of the ground and shake ur screen and sometimes make a loud rawr noise and dive into the ground again? yeh I think theyre most common in the more deadly looking planets :3 but they don't do much more than that :<
