This makes me just sad.

The father sharing a irreplaceable moment with his child while the mother has to watch from the shore.

This is what extremist interpretation of Islam are doing to families.

All religions poison all. Religion is inherently evil while it falsify claims of good.

People in America cringed so hard about atheism that they got a bunch of GenZ to join Christian Nationalism because apparently that's how you become a real man with a submissive wife. And also Astrology made a massive comeback as it became cooler to be delusional than sceptical.

What we need is to abandon religions and embrace the best philosophies of all of them.

the 'good parts' of any religion are always just not being a fucking awful person and such a mediocre level that it shouldn't require any teachings

Hey, the two men are enjoying themselves... Isn't that kind of what religion is about?

Nah. These are all atheist circle-jerks. You can find pictures of beaches in Muslim majority countries btw, if you really care about something other than hate.

You should look at photos of Iran in the 1970s. Women wore mini skirts and went to universities there. Fundamentalism in any religion is a scourge.

I just want to bring the uncertainty back. I don't care personally how anyone else lives their lives or practices a faith, but everyone is just so fucking certain theirs is the correct one that they're even willing to die over it and it's absolutely cultist level insanity that I feel is unhealthy for anyone, manifesting in realities like the one dipicted. Let faith be... Faith.
