    $1 mil for 21 years would be bullshit just for being wrongfully convicted but actually framed, that settlement is missing multiple zeros

    It's infuriating, absolutely. All we get is this:

    A Target 8 investigation in 2017 also revealed that cold case detectives who investigated the deaths ignored alibi witnesses who put Titus miles away at the time of the murders.

    Discipline or punishment isn't even mentioned, and you know and I know there never was any discipline or punishment, and never will be. Cripes, we don't even get the names of the cops who framed him.
