All we get is this: A Target 8 investigation in 2017 also revealed that cold case detectives who investigated the deaths ignored alibi witnesses who put Titus miles away at the time of the murders. Discipline or punishment isn't even mentioned, and you know and I know there never was any discipline or punishment, and never will be.
