I recently got one of these scrubbers for cleaning grills and want to share how great it is.

Made by Destin from the Smarter Every Day YT channel and his business partner.
Almost entirely manufactured in the US (something we sorely need more of today)
The head can be taken apart and replaced if you ever need to (but really, that's going to be a long time I think...)
Replaces those crappy home store grill cleaners that fall apart and don't last 1 year
It's $60 USD or so but I think worth it

I don't work for this company, I own one of these scrubbers and so far, it's been a great tool which I believe will last a long time.

Wire brush bristles can come off, stick to a grill, transfer to your steak, and best case scenario stab you in the mouth... Ask me how I know. Worst case you intestine.

Stick to the biodegradable fibre ones, or this seems like and ok option.

But for the love of god, do not use a wire brush.
