kohlrabi plants in the soil

What food would you prepare now that you have these 2 kohlrabi bulbs in your hands and any other ingredients you want available?

I've never eaten it before, so I'd enjoy hearing some ideas.

I’d do quarter-ish inch thick rounds or quarters, rub them with some salt and oil, and add whatever herbs and spices you like. Hard to go wrong with garlic.
