    Like most crimes committed by business, there are already laws against this. They just aren't enforced against businesses, because we live in capitalist dictatorships where our political class are for sale, and collude with business to extract wealth from the people.

    This one in particular is called fraud; using misleading and deceptive (fake) images to convince people to buy products.

    Again, this is a "civil" matter for a business, but a criminal matter if you do it as an individual, because our legal system is also structured to extract wealth from the people. Your level of representation in both government and law is proportional to your wealth.
