And yes, he was specifically talking about immigrants. That's the racist part. And he targets specifically poor and sick immigrants. He sells deportation as a solution for perceived security issues and visible poverty and ignores the fact that both poverty and drug addiction are systemic issues older than modern migration, and that the immigrants he's bashing are not the cause, but the victims.
