Stop with this messaging. Many Americans fought those bullshit anti native and anti black/brown laws and thinking and this is the death throws of an ignorant but very vocal minority. They would have disappeared under the rug if not for VERY wealthy and manipulative people making them feel like their terrible views were justified instead of socially bankrupt. I got my future in laws to stop saying the N word which was rampant in their language and while they never said it around me ever again I also know that percolated with shame into other conversations.
