I know what it means. “Authoritarian” countries are whichever countries the imperial core oligarchies want to regime change this week, so they can neocolonize them, keep them subservient & underdeveloped, and loot them. It’s whichever countries are on the Council on Foreign Relations’ shit list this week. It’s a bullshit category, strictly for the purposes of manufacturing consent.
