How well do KDE and QT apps perform on a touchscreen? I am also a surface linux user and I've been meaning to switch to KDE from Gnome. It actually works great but I missed being able to use themes

i just can't do this, it looks sideways to me even though it is straight relative to my head.
Setting the computer on the bed straight up and laying sideways works better, frustratingly.
The best however is placing it at a 30° angle to bed, though I ain't bothering with all the work to get it to stand up so pic posted it is
