Keep it up bro! talking weather is as dull as it gets.

Got some rain here. Swimming isn't as nice, but hopefully groundwater levels will rise securing the waterlevel in the well (it's about time too !)

ps: 0 cm is roughly at 3.80 meters depth

Gonna be a part of my grill table so I can use cast iron cookware. Gotta smoothen a few bits and have not thought much about how to mount it (probably two iron bars under it)

edit: Thanks for all the remarks. I had some of the concerns myself (but decided a test-drive could confirm/take away those) Now I'm not all that sure if i'm gonna use it or make a different solution. Also due to the weight. It's something like 30Kg. The kamado is another 100Kg plust the table itself ...... it's getting heavy.

The transmitter in Grimeton -over a 100 years old now- transmitted today. They start it up many times a year, but it only transmits like twice a year and then only for a few minutes.

I've been there a number of times when they started it up, even once participated, but now I've finally tested the receiver-kit i assembled.

After years it became crystal clear I had an inguinal hernia on my left side which I had open surgery on two months ago. (makes a hell of a difference). Soon after that I pushed for a CT scan .... so now I'm on the list to be operated on the right too. So stopped running again. Construction on my patio/outdoor kitchen on hold again, stacking firewood one log at a time ... it's dull and boring :(

(for those who wonder, yeah, I tried to push examination/treatment on both sides from the beginning but was told it made no difference, left was so severe they had to take it side by side anyways.)

We've seen a parkour on our way to town, so bought a discs set, stopped and played on the way home. Honestly, it's 50/50 if it's real dull or not. But, I'm keeping the disks!

(Though I'm not gonna become like the guy behind us. He carried a suitcase full of them, vertically stacked in foam slots. While each time the process of picking a disc looked like open heart surgery, and picking the right one was a matter of life or death with zero margin)

My phillips 2200 coffee maker became noisy these last few days. The bean compartment lid rattled like there was no tomorrow.

Investigation learned that not all ground coffee we put in actually goes in. A little float off and found a place to live on the lid's silicone seal. A quick wash of the lid's seal with lukewarm water solved a week's agony and irritation.

    fixed cleaned my coffee maker

    There, fixed that for me
