Have you checked out Buypass? Norwegian alternative to Let's Encrypt. I have been meaning to try it, should be drop in replacement for LE witch acme.

You could check out Mikrotik. Latvian company. It takes a bit of work to understand though from my experience. Their routers are very good though.
