Is this article presuming that this isn't part of the plan? Auto manufacturers think our brains work like "oh no, my connected service was end-of-lifed. Guess I gotta buy a new car."

What bothers me most about this is how he wants to share in Spain's celebrations when just a week ago he demanded that we stop all trade with Spain because they won't help him attack Iran.

I don't think it's tablets and laptops that caused the decline as much as what they grant access to. The conspiratorial side to me is dying to believe that the massive Gen AI push by the government and businesses is not only about the money, but also about producing a dumber generation.

When I first heard this news I got the latest publicly available version of GPT, with reasoning enabled, to tell me that it's possible that Ivermectin could cure cancer to prove to myself that the claim was bullshit.

They will never be able to train out the confirmation bias from the lie machine.

Hey all, I started my self-hosting by using the script here and modifying it to suit my needs:

    https://github.com/geekau/mediastack

My only question is how I get the authentik/headscale/tailscale/cloudflare pieces working as a reverse proxy.

I think I've configured cloudflare correctly since I can hit my external url and it will try to redirect to authentik, but that's really where I'm stuck.

Has anyone else used a similar stack and got it to work? Is there a guide (other than the ones used for this exact stack because they aren't good) I can use somewhere?

Edit: to be clear, I'd like to be able to access my jellyseerr and jellyfin instances from an external url at minimum, but the more I can access, the better. I have cloudflare DNS entries for the whole stack, pretty much

Tesla dealerships are getting protested and, in some cases, vandalized. Sales are down on 9 of the top 10 countries Tesla sells in. Yet Tesla stock is up. Twitter is a cesspool of nazi-themed bots, and somehow just pulled in $1bn and raised its valuation back up to $44bn.

How is any of this possible? It seems really artificial to me, but I don't really understand business.

Hey all, I made a Firefox extension (signed by Mozilla) specifically to add Show/Hide Child Comments functionality similar to how RES had it (where the parent comment is still visible).

It's not very useful, but I could use some feedback on tightening up the Javascript. I'm not a JS beginner, but I know I can do better, so any tips are welcome!

EDIT: Also, if anyone has any suggestions for the extension, I'm open to those as well.
