He is so close. He just needs to make the same connection he's made to every application of LLMs. All of it is low-quality, useless drivel that is actively making the world a worse place.
No, it doesn't free up anyone, because it's not actually capable of replacing human effort (unless that effort involved generating gobs of useless slop, I guess).
It does, however, have an impact on jobs insofar as many CEOs, managers, and the like have decided (without evidence) that they can cut labor costs with it. Many such companies that have done so are starting to pay for their hubris, however.
It's all pretty gibberish. It's just unabated OOP nonsense that doesn't serve any real purpose and is incredibly difficult to maintain (unrestricted global mutation is never a good idea).

Umm, there are plenty of languages with a stronger, more expressive type system than Typescript. Like Haskell. And there are languages with an even stronger type system than Haskell (dependently-typed programming languages like Idris). Typescript, while having some small innovations and certainly an improvement over the rather sorry state of OOP type systems, is fairly low on the totem pole as far as type systems go. Also, Typescript's type system is famously not sound.
There's a ton of stuff Typescript simply can't do. Higher-kinded types, GADTs (type narrowing gives you a little bit of their functionality kinda, but misses a lot of stuff), etc... Not to mention that it has a fairly lackluster type inference system.
I mean, that simply isn't true. She's an absolutely incredible vocalist, on par with the likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and the like. She has one of widest vocal ranges of any current female performing artist and has demonstrated extremely impressive technical ability in many of her recent albums and especially in the Wicked movie. She also has won 2 Grammys.
You may not like her music (which is fine), but it's undeniable that she has top tier vocal ability.
It's not talking about a doctorate, it's talking about actually taking education (of all levels) seriously because education is the primary means by which a populace becomes in innoculated against mis/disinformation.
