Evening light lets you go outside, walk, see the sun, see trees and houses, be more active. You can't replace that with a lamp.
Sure but you're not getting any morning sun anyway because even with sunrise at 8:30, you're probably waking up in the dark and going to work. So best to see sun in the evening instead of no sun at all.
Dark in the early morning and light in the afternoon are the same thing right? That's what we're getting.
The difference between sunrise at 830 and 930 seems minor. You're still waking up and going to work in the dark.
But the difference between sunset at 430 vs 530pm is huge. You could get a whole hour of light after work you'd be missing before.
In most cases the difference between 9:30am and 8:30am is immaterial. You're still waking up and going to work in the dark.
But at least this way you'll get a bit of light in the evening after work instead of spending your whole day in darkness.
