It's not for everyone, and I know what you're saying but "feeling sloppy and desperate" is certainly not a universal experience. As a single anecdotal example, I've been working from home for over 5 years now and personally feel like I get a lot more pros than cons from it. Sure, I'm lazier with my personal hygiene and don't bother to dress up (during the working day when it's only me who can smell me), but I still go outside and go to events and talk to people outside of work, I just have more energy left to do that in my evenings and weekends now 🤷

I appreciate your mature response to feedback - I don't personally have a strong interest in this but generally like to support open source competitors to commercial monopolies; if you have any way to donate money to you please share and I'll send a few bucks

Oh wow you just reminded me I did too at one point. Wild to think back on that part of my life, I've barely touched windows in over 10 years but man at one point so much of my brain was filled with windows related junk

You overestimate the technical competence and attention span of the current generation of kids - they barely know how to use a mouse.

IMO if any kid these days manages to do enough work to figure out how to do anything on Linux, they're probably well ahead of the pack and deserve to play their game as a reward 😅

Oatly barista in the grey cartons is hands down the best IMO after trying loads of other brands. I get it at publix in the US or Tesco in the UK
