One time I ordered a pineapple pizza at a cafe/game store with a room where we were staying the night. The person taking my order gave me shit for it when I ordered, after the group ordered, and when they brought out the food.
Not playful banter or little jokes, just legitimately talking about how gross my order was. Chicken & pineapple pizza for reference, I think it was even a named special on the menu.
All that to say, they exist and they are just as infuriating IRL.

I think my favorite example of this in the first film is when they unintentionally repeat So-crates' philosophy back to him by quoting Kansas.

Weird hearsay article. I really think it just got marketed terribly. I quite enjoyed the character of Supergirl, and I enjoyed the take on intergalactic cultural differences. If Superman was an 8, Supergirl is a 7, imo.
I liked it, but I cannot get over the fact that it's a corporate product when I watch it. Unlike The LEGO Movie, which I get sucked into. I think it's due to the inclusion of a fictionalized Mattel in Barbie.
