I disagree with the first part still. I have personally been attacked by fascists and when I called cops they came in way too late and didn’t try to find them.

??? I mean we surely have a problem regarding fascist cops, but they aren’t the source of Islamist terrorism targeting queers.

It is not the fellow comrades that also suffer bad socioeconomic circumstances, who are the problem; the problem is the billionnaires fueling fascist movements and their allies, cops.

I wouldn't say someone like this terrorist is a comrade nor imply it. Not just because we share the working class struggle. Someone killing queers is my enemy, not my comrade. And while all our efforts must be focused on class consciousness and solidarity among the working class to fight for a world free from class hierarchy, this doesn't include solidarizing with terrorists. We don't solidarize with cops either, at least not with them as cops, but with them as members of the working class who (theoretically) ultimately share the same goals even though fighting for the ruling class. Even though I fight for our class, I may not solidarize with all single individuals of that class, because some of them are fighting against our shared cause. This includes rejecting Islamist ideas and individuals and actively fighting against Islamism (while keeping in mind they technically are part of our class and fight against their own causes).

We need to make a clinical diagnosis for all who hoard wealth; monetarily obsessive hoarding. And those that have that diagnosis, must be treated by proper taxation, without possibility of human or capital flight.

Most basic leftist take lol.

And of course the cops accuse anyone but their own fascist ranks.

??? I mean we surely have a problem regarding fascist cops, but they aren't the source of Islamist terrorism targeting queers.

When will the source of problems, the high socioeconomic inequality, be addressed?

This would require actually analyzing the problem and developing long-term humane strategies. It's way easier to use occasions like this one to your advantage by pushing conservative pseudo-solutions like more surveillance. Also fuck Merz, him urging CSD supporters 'not to be intimidated'. We aren't just intimidated by Islamist terrorism, but by your government's politics (regarding queer people). As if you would care about us.

AfD party leader defends same-sex relationships despite party stance

The leader of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD), Alice Weidel, who lives in a same-sex civil partnership, distanced herself on Sunday from part of a regional party manifesto backing the traditional family model, saying she lives "something different."

"They can write whatever they like. I live something different," Weidel said in response to a question from RTL/ntv about the election manifesto of the AfD in the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

The manifesto states: "An intact family consisting of a mother, father and children has been proven to be the best foundation for a child's healthy development."

Weidel lives in a registered civil partnership with a woman, with whom she is raising two children.

"If you ask me personally: my children have the best upbringing and the best opportunities," Weidel said on the sidelines of the AfD party conference in the eastern city of Erfurt.

"We are now living in a completely different reality. So same-sex relationships must be treated equally," she added.

Weidel nonetheless defended her party's fundamental stance towards the traditional family model. "When, as a politician, I speak of a societal ideal - and that is currently the traditional family - I can advocate it and there is no contradiction," she said.
