Well maybe that is more for us watching the show and hoping that somehow Pike will not die. It's selling us the idea that he has to die for a higher good to happen. Here is the same, the Federation has to break a lot of his own rules in order to not cause trillions, all the humans to die.

A good start for the season, a serious sci-fi episode. We need more of these and less of the silly ones, I can take a funny episode now and then not all the time like on S3. I think they need to explore more about the characters relationship on the episodes, the only real interactions are the ones between Scotty and Ortega on this one.

I had some T'Lyn vibes with the new vulcan girl at the begging of the episode, not much at the end.

You liked those, and not afraid of bad movie reviews you need to watch another Vin Diesel great movie that was smashed by the critics, but I adore, The Last Witch Hunter

I don't want this to feel like I'm against everything you say ;) , but I don't think Vader is coming back. He is here to fill the gaps of the words Maul said in Rebels S2, and to allow Devon to cross to the Dark Side. Her master has to die, Maul betreayed him to add a cherry on top. My guess is that next season(s) we will see how Devon becames his pupil,. and how she discover the redention path and either die or just leave Maul. I have to wonder if the police Lawson is really dead, I don't think so, he watched Maul's betrayal when he pushed Devon's master into Vader, he has to tell that story to Devon or by proxy.

It's all guessing of course, Vader could be a prominent figure on S2, but I don't think Filoni likes to abuse of his presence, he doesn't like to use the canon characters as much as they are needed

I'll take it if Filoni says it is that way, still don't think is the same. In Rogue One he is stepping over "ants". Maybe they were trying to convey something like you said, and If I'm not the only one that finds weird that he doesn't say a word, is because they failed in some way with the scene.

Vader was voiced in Rebels, afaik by James Earl Jones, that is not possible now and I think I read somewhere that he gives permission to Lucasarts to recreate his voice, using ai or whatever, my guess is that permission will cost something to Disney.

It's all guessing on my part, but Vader is there because Palpatine sent him to kill Maul. I think there is something to say. Lets see if there is some kind of interviews or something and someone say something about it

I enjoyed the episodes, but (I guess this is spoiler discussion) I have to say that Vader not saying a word during the whole fight is not right.

And the worst is that it has to be a money problem, not a creative decision.

i don't think the tracks are broken, it all comes down to the price of the M/B, if you can't replace the missing capacitor and it's an expensive motherboard you can take some place to refit a capacitor and put some uv mask on the tracks. If it's a cheap board, just put some tape over the aired tracks and try it if you have crashes, just replace with a new one.

I tried some time ago ST Prodigy and found too silly, I heard some encouraging comments about it and Im giving it another try. 6 episodes in Im enjoying it more than the last attempt.
