Ich frag mich schon lange wo genau diese Bezeichnung herkommt. Bei mir in Baden heißt das Fleischkäs'weckle. In Bayern sagt man Leberkäs'semmel, richtig? Das bedeutet LKW muss eine Mischform sein aus einer Region in der man zwar Leberkäs' statt Fleischkäs' sagt, aber auch Weck(le) statt Semmel.
