And this doesn't contain a single yellow pixel. Take a magnifying glass and zoom into your monitor if you doubt it.

Saw the thumbnail and went "I don't see any red"... then the full size image loaded and the strawberries triggered it.

I wonder if compression algorithms ruined this an injected some red.

If you zoom in, there's clearly red pixels.

Does this mean all the pixels are x00nnnn? Or is there a threshold (absolute or ratio) where a pixel is considered “red”?

Nothin in there looks red to me, but I am mildly colorblind

I'm red/green colorblind, it looks gray with a slight red cast to me.
