I live over in Arkansas where they've mandated 12 commandments (and I get to see them every day, working in a school) and let me tell you, they don't have the intended effect, unless the intended effect is driving people further away from Christianity in droves by making a show of forcing it down everyone's throat. They taught my child about angels, Moses, and Noah in history class. But there was one question on the review about Mohammed, so you couldn't say they were only teaching Christianity. So aways, I moved the fuck out of that state and my kids are receiving a wonderful education in Connecticut where they teach things like critical thinking and dealing with emotions and that everyone is welcome regardless of race, sex, religion, sexual orientation.
