Looks like wood ear, Auricularia auricula-judae, but don't take my word for it.

Possible Jelly leaf. I think your guess is as good as mine if it is on wood. Definitely a Phaeotremella sp.

Ate one of these once, not the most pleasant but I'd probably do it again
