I don't get it

Edit: Nvm, "Aisle" is phonetically very similar to "I'll".

    It's a play on words.

    Gregg (the character in the second panel) heard "Window or I'll-" not "Window or aisle?" which is why they ask "Window or you'll what?"

    They're concerned about the implications of the lack of elaboration of what the flight attendant will do if they don't pick the window seat.
