It's much easier to simply keep calling it Twitter. Further syllables add nothing.

Or we can call it by the past tense "Twat".

Just call it Shitter, because that's what it is.

Or you could call it what Linus on Wan show by Linus Tech Tips YT channel made up: ex-Twitter You essentially say both of the names and the fact that Twitter is the "old name". But as a F-u to Musk, we should just call it Twitter.

X-twitter is my personal favorite. Ex-twitter works too.

I ignore it whenever possible but if I do say anything, it's called Twitter

Whenever it occurs in spoken conversation, I call it X to highlight the absurdity of the rebranding. The other person either needs an explanation or a few seconds to figure out what I mean.

eXitter seems to be the correct name at the moment.

Whether you call it Ex-twitter or X-twitter, I don't really care :-)
