No. You might feel better overall if you didn't use caffeine every day.

Yeah I get a headache that night if I miss the late morning caffeine dose. I find they are really resilient and distinct headaches though, so I will usually try to have a little caffeine with the painkiller, like strong tea or milk with coffee in it. It doesn’t mess with my sleep and works much faster and more thoroughly than a pill alone.
I've been drinking coffee everyday since I was at least 12. I'll get a headache in the afternoon if I don't have it in the morning.
Except that I once went a week unknowingly drinking decaf coffee and didn't experience withdrawal, so maybe there's something psychological at play?
Not long ago I was feeling kinda out of whack and tried going a few days without coffee to see if that helps.
It didn't, but I was surprised how easy it was to just stop drinking it. Didn't notice any withdrawal symptoms.
no symptom cold turkey, eh? that's petty good. I get headaches the first day and then afterward it's remembering that I like coffee.
Can't say I have. It takes 2-3 days for my withdrawals to kick in and they don't show up as intense as yours. And I'd say I'm quite sensitive to caffeine.
It's more like a severe cold for me, no headaches.
I don't get headaches like others have said but I can generally expect to sleep for 24 hours every time I get off caffiene
I will have a slightly annoying headache if I don’t have coffee for a day or so. But I won’t drink tea for caffeine or those sugar beverages, so if I don’t have coffee I’ll accept the headaches. Because I like the taste/smell.
I personally haven’t gotten addicted in the first place, although if I feel like crap in the hours before bed, I’ll have a coffee to make me a bit sleepy. That’s probably an ADHD thing honestly. And the funny bit is how I've always gotten told to not consume caffeine before bed, but like, just a few hours ago I had 2 coffees and some dark chocolate, totalling around 280mg of caffeine, and I’m probably gonna drift off to sleep soon.
