Saved communities don't show up? (lemmy.world)

I've saved many postings but when I go back to view them they are no where to be found. In fact some "saved" postings are ones that I would never be interested in saving in the first place. Maybe I fat thumbed them but unlikely.

Do saved postings only work for the instance that you are subbed to?

Are they posts you're saving?

I can see my saved posts from different communities across different instances:

profile (bottom right) --> saved

I don't see saved comments for some reason, and I wasn't able to see them on Reddit either. If you're only saving comments, that might be why?

    Sorry ment to say saved postings for the title.

    I've saved many posts but only a few show up. I saved a post today from robotics and AI @mander.xyz but it doesn't show up in my saved area. I also have a post about Kanye of all people (not a fan at all) that I've attempted to remove from my saves but returns to haunt me still.

    If you try saving or removing saves on your instance website, does it work there?

    Just tried on the website. Saving and deleting seems to be working from there. Don't use the website till now. My previous saves are still nowhere to be found. However at least it allowed me to get rid of that pesky Kanye save. Thanks.
