I know they probably thought this would be super cool and all, but I'm just utterly disgusted by it.

There are full-on transit vehicles that have a smaller footprint and can carry more than double the number of people.

Even when a car is needed, I just want to get from A to B safely and inexpensively. The only "perk" I would care about is seats that don't suck for long trips. And I guarantee my back would hate the seats in this vehicle. I give it 0 stars.

Good luck finding a parking space.

Average US parking space according to wikipedia is 8.5 to 9 ft wide. The Escalade IQL is 85 inches (7.1ft) wide with mirrors folded. That gives you 1.5 to 2 feet of space total (not on each side), so you'd probably have to trap your passengers just for the driver's side to get out in many situations like strip malls, movie theaters, hotels, parking garages that were designed for normal sized vehicles. (For comparison a Toyota Corolla is 5.8ft wide would have about 3 feet of space). Expect a lot of dinged doors and door dinging.

I’ve seen a similar suv (not sure which model) at my local grocery store parking lot, and it was so long that they couldn’t park in the regular parking space and had to have someone in the car wait at the front driveway of the store with their hazards on.

I recently thought about "muscle cars" in comparison to normal sports cars. Muscle cars are just heavy and slower cars with bigger motors, arent they?

In the past I found them cool, but arent they pretty dumb?

As a car enthusiast I'm incredibly conflicted because muscle cars are cool -- but I can't for the life of me tell you why. They're loud, heavy, inefficient, and much clumsier and slower than other sports cars (which is why I prefer sports cars anyway). They have incredible amounts of power but they can't even use it properly except on a prepped drag surface, maybe.

You're right, they really are dumb as fuck.

Muscle cars are slower going around a twisty race track than a standard sports cars, but are supposed to be good at going fast in a straight line, think of those desert interstate pictures where the highway stretches straight to the horizon. I don’t think there are many legal outlets for taking advantage of what muscle cars are supposed to do.

Muscle cars (especially Mustangs, never mind that "pony cars" are arguably different) are also excellent tools for locating light poles and other obstructions in parking lots during autocross events. I know this from firsthand observation of, thankfully, somebody else's experience.

Out of all the many things to hate, I hate the built in tablets per seat the most. Like my kids fucking need that lmao

Only 19 feet? I'm pretty sure the ford f series trucks cap out between 22 and 24

F-150 SuperCrew with an 8-foot bed is 244 inches long, just over 20 feet. But that's a truck with an 8-foot bed, it might actually do something useful sometimes. This is a three-row pavement princess SUV.

I do like speakers next to the ears. Should be a requirement, so those people cant annoy everyone with way too loud music.
