visible from Bronte it reads "JCT 1005 ♥️" but googling just reveals assorted technical standards which i doubt people are that passionate about

    I'm about as far from Sydney as over can get on the Earth but I'll take a stab...

    Possibly an inside message to "JCT" (initials) for something that is happening at 10:05 tonight or tomorrow morning?

    Just a wild guess. 🤷🏼🙂
