I put “Shazam” into https://alternativeto.net and selected the “open source” filter. Not sure how good they are.

    The songs are usually credited on Imdb.

    Hopefully you know of F-Droid.

    Maybe Ambient Music Mod (Port of Now Playing from Pixels to other Android devices) https://f-droid.org/packages/com.kieronquinn.app.ambientmusicmod/ is of interest. I'm on a Pixel so not helpful to me.
