Context is key. Am I excited to answer a call from my landlord? Absolutely not, but I'd rather do that and talk for 5 minutes than text for a couple hours about when the repairman is coming or whatever. For work for instance, I have had people be like, "can I just call you because it'd be easier to explain," no sorry I'm busy, they then write out like two sentences and I can answer in one. Nah fam, it's not that hard to just put your thoughts or question in text.
