Not only ads but tracking and spyware too. I got asked to consent for a shit ton of thrid party cookies seconds after i opened it for the frist time ...

    There's probably going to be an ad free mod if you are inclined to go and find it in the near future/medium-term.

    It's proprietary software; what did you expect? That shit will always betray you sooner or later, almost by definition.

    I would have liked to think folks on-the-ball enough to ditch Reddit for Lemmy would know better, but nope!
