localectl list-x11-keymap-variants us zeigt dir alle us layouts an, worunter mehrere Dvorak layouts (unter anderem Dvorak-alt-intl) sind. möglichkeiten für compose keys findet man mit localectl list-x11-keymap-options

localectl set-x11-keymap us pc105 dvorak-alt-intl compose:rctrl würde dir zum beispiel Dvorak-alt-intl mit der rechten strg taste als compose key festlegen
