What are the coolest (privacy respecting) apps you have? (lemmy.ml)

Title says it all. I'll go first:

I don't really have any on my computer (all I use that for is Vim, Firefox, and Git), but on my phone: Orbot (basically Tor as a VPN on your phone).

I wonder if both devices were on the same tailacale network if this may work.
