Before I started, I would wake up every night literally drowning in stomach acid and unable to breathe. When I first started taking it, I was taking it daily, but I always felt REALLY bloated, like I was going to explode. I cut off of it and found that the effect lasted for a week or more, and I started just taking it once a week, and I've been fine ever since. permalink fedilink source parent [β] Jerb322@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago (1 child) I've got gas in my stomach somewhat frequently... permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [β] thefartographer@lemm.ee 3 points 2 years ago Have I got a solution for you! permalink fedilink source parent [β] djsoren19@yiffit.net 4 points 2 years ago Nah, if your stomach is acidic enough you can feel it.
